Muay Thai Kickboxing
Muay Thai is also known as “the science of eight limbs”. You will learn to attack your opponent with punches, kicks, elbows and knees. Originating in Thailand this form of combat was developed on the battlefield.
Training in Muay Thai is an excellent way to get in shape and also learn how to defend yourself. Competition in this sport is available to those students who wish to compete.
Free Fighting/MMA
Students of our advanced class may wish to compete in mixed martial arts. We offer instruction as well as competition in this sport. Students must be at an advanced level to compete. Sifu Frank Lee has developed a proven system of fighting that we encourage you to come and see. Experience the atmosphere of learning in a world class martial arts studio.
No-Gi MMA Specific Grappling
No-Gi grappling means submission grappling without a GI. It is faster than GI grappling because you don't have anything to hold onto. The whole system is built on expanding and thinking outside the box.
Kung Fu
Home of the Chinese Performing Arts Association
Sifu Frank Lee’s original style is Kung-Fu. He has remained true to his roots by continuing to teach and mold new kung-fu students. Kung-Fu is the foundation that his highly successful Free-Style fighting is based on.
Advanced students may join Our Kung-Fu demonstration team.
Boxing
Traditional western style boxing. Learn the footwork, body movement and punching skills used in boxing. Competition is available in this sport.
